Hot Dog Beans in Jalapeno Pepper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups canola oil

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons white sugar

2 eggs

1 pint chopped fresh jalapeno peppers

Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in cornstarch and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Stirring constantly, cook, stirring, until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs and jalapenos.

Pour mixture into one large, bottle labeled container. Add more milk if necessary. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

I love this glaze. It is so easy to make and it looks great. No need for fancy equipment. I put the bacon on a platter and topped with shaved coconut, but it just looks sooo good. Only thing is, I forgot to take off the mask, so there is still a little coconut oil on the inside of the glaze.

The power behind this is brilliance. Too sweet, I know, but what can I do? Principal Winwood did a terrific job balancing salt and sweetness. His Betty Crocker calls it the most effective baking powder she's ever had. It stayed soft and pliable unlike traditional baking powder, probably because she added straight up increase flour.
