Baked Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger root

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 pinch ground white sugar

salt and pepper to taste

1 pint marinara sauce

1 (10 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained

1 (10.75 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

1/2 cup liquid smoke flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

Place garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 75 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake pork roast in preheated oven for 40 to 60 minutes, or until internal pork temperature reaches 145. In a small mixing bowl, mix marinara sauce with artichoke hearts, tomatoes with green chile peppers and liquid smoke.
