1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beat
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/4 cup peanut butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and the eggs. Mix in the sugar, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix together, then fold in the flour, 1/3 cup flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chopped pecans. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from cookies and cool on wire rack.
