1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
2 bananas, diced
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon instant vanilla extract
In a blender, combine pineapple, bananas, and whipped topping. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into cookie sheets. Chill in refrigerator.
