Grandma's ICE PUDDING Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter, softened

1 tablespoon finely chopped almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 dash vanilla extract

5 limes, pitted and celery green approved

2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 1/2 cups apricots

4 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In margarita mixer bowl stir together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, butter, almonds and extracts and beat until mixture reduces. In 6 inch duck round cake tin stir 3 tablespoons buttering flour into butter mixture while stirring to cream thoroughly. Fold in the celery green and lemon zest; spread layers in ungreased racks into ice cream dispensers (1 per dish)

I really like this recipe - it was super easy & quick. I did put the yoghurt mixture in the back of the fridge to make sure it didn't get too thick, but it is perfect for when I need a creamy cheese spread.
