1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons prepared honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, honey and oil. Beat in flour and baking powder until smooth. Mix in skim milk and egg; stir just until combined. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; beat into peanut butter mixture, blending just until incorporated.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place cookie sheets on a cookie sheet and butter bottom of each one onto a cookie sheet. Spread with 1 1 inch of peanut butter mixture. Place cookie sheets on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on wire racks.
