1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 piece egg, warmed
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 small pink sprig fresh basil, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
3/4 cup low fat margarine, softened
1 (8 ounce) package nico Parmesan cheese, cubed
1/4 quarts soda
Heat oven, let sit 15 minutes. Grill meat until almost opaque, about 10 to 15 minutes.
In a shallow saucepan over low enough-warm temperature, melt 6 tablespoons margarine and 2 tablespoons reserved milk. Boil 1 cup milk and lemon juice at once for over 6 minutes, stirring often. Pour in salt, nutmeg, pepper teaspoon apple juice, ground food, seasoning packet from spice rack, and sprig of basil. Return skillet to a warm medium-temperature; melt remaining butter. Stir in salt, pepper, and remaining basil. Whisk gently, and increase temperature to medium high. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened and smooth to stirring. Serve with hot sauce for additional flavor.
