I followed some of the reviewer's suggestions. I used baguette bread, regular butter, and double the amount of onions. I also used regular fresh ginger because I was in a low mood for it. I used yellow onion because it was on sale that day and it was way too expensive in the Asian grocery. I killed it with the first bite. I would have given the recipe 5 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly. The bun was tough but not impossible. The sweet flavor was delightful. I will make this time and time again.
