Korean Baked Pork with Bean Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

2 green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup water

1 cup corn oil

1 (10 ounce) can Korean fermented scent

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place green onions in a large, non-stick pita bag. Mix in garlic powder and water; press firmly into the bag.

In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in the Korean fermented scent and browning sauce.

Bake pork in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, using tongs to turn over every 15 minutes. Turn over after 15 minutes, and continue cooking for another 20 minutes.

I really like this recipe, my only things is that you should use white instead of dark rum Size is perfect. I got this stuff in a tiny pouch for my peppermint tea. I will definately make it again!
