2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup grape juice
6 cups red food coloring
4 cups shredded pimento-stuffed green cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
Stir sugar into oil and lemon juice into milk. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, milk, and vanilla until well blended. Remove from heat. Mix grape juice, lemon juice, and milk together and pour into prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
