2 eggs
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices white bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Beat the eggs in a small bowl until frothy. Beat in sugar, vanilla, milk, and vanilla. Mix in melted butter. Spread mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and brush with melted butter. Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Melt the cheese slices in a large bowl, and stir into egg mixture. Spread over bottom of pie. Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
