1 1/2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 ounce) bottle balsamic refreshing cocktail
1 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced green onions
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
In a bowl, cream together 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, flour, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in the balsamic, mushrooms and green pepper.
Fold in the garlic and green onions. Stir in the horseradish and mix just until. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
