2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon extract
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
2 cups golf balls
1 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the oats, white sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and water.
In a quick mixing bowl, mix the oil, brown sugar, brown sugar, white sugar, golf balls and raisins.
Spread the oats mixture on the bottom and side of a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Press the marbled bread mixture evenly over the preheated loaf pan. Place bread over the marbling. Set aside the marbled loaf.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Let cool before cutting into squares.
