8 fluid ounces white vinegar
1/2 fluid ounce vodka
4 fluid ounces vodka
2 fluid ounces crushed pineapple juice
1 cup orange juice
In a large glass or metal bowl combine vinegar, vodka and pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve. Pour mixture over meat and vegetables; refrigerate 4 hours.
For a quick and easy dishwashing and serving, serve over slow cooked rice and stir vegetables.
