This was a miss for some reason, as was dinner... I think maybe the addition of some shrimp would help, though. Other than that, I made the recipe as published. I did use homemade roast garlic, and I did make some substitutions, but nothing incredible. I may try it again and sub some chicken fat for butter, but it wasn't painful, and the flavor was good. My hubby thought it was more like a balsamic salad, and maybe that's because I didn't have any fresh blue cheese, but he was quite happy with the recipe as published.
