2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (4 ounce) can cherry tomatoes
2 scoops vanilla liqueur
3 scoops vanilla liqueur
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple juice
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, combine lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon flavor concentrate. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate mixture until ready to use.
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine cherry tomatoes, vanilla, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate mixture until ready to use.
In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, milk, orange zest, lime zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, lemon zest, and lemon zest. Blend well and pour mixture into glasses. Chill until serving time.
