1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in pudding mix, then whipped topping and chocolate pudding mix.
In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Stir into cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended.
