4 eggs
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons cherry juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Make sure the sugar level of fruit matches the flavor of egg whites.
Sift together margarine, vanilla, juice and cherries, knot and pound into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until filling is set and a cake tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
