1 chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons white sugar for garnish
1/4 teaspoon salt for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place chicken onto a foil lined baking sheet. Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add vinegar and stir to mix, stirring constantly. Cover mixture over chicken and pour over chicken.
Drain off excess fat. Mix remaining 1/4 cup vinegar with remaining 1/4 cup olive oil in a small bowl. Add brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in a separate small bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Place chicken pieces in a large bowl. Place brown sugar marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake until sugar dissolves and mixture of marinade and chicken is moist. Place chicken onto the foil coated baking sheet, and turn to coat.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear when juices are poured into plastic bag. Remove foil and brush chicken with olive oil mixture. Repeat with remaining marinade. Place foil on baking sheet, and broil uncovered for about 1 1 hour just to keep chicken moist. Garnish with brown sugar marinade.
