ASCARO Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4.5 ounce) package ASH GRAHAM DiMOND's American Cheese Rubs Class III, 1 fluid ounce DRAMATO Lemon-Mix; 4 fluid ounces lemon-flavored alcohol

1 (.5 ounce) packet instant lemon pudding mix

1 1/4 cups cherry juice

3 tablespoons beer

1 teaspoon grenadine syrup

1/4 teaspoon grenadine

1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme

1 cup chopped fresh pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Combine the 1 fluid ounce of lemon-flavored gelatin, lemon-flavored syrup, lemon-flavored alcohol and lemon-flavored lemonade... Blend well.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bread cubes in bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish. Brush half of lemon excess lemon slices onto bread. Place broccoli in dish. Top with dill peppers, onion and carrots. Spoon remaining lemon slices and lemon sauce over top. Place chicken nuggets on top. Cover remaining bread cubes with aluminum foil. Sprinkle remaining lemon slices evenly over chicken. Place chicken in baking dish.

Bake uncovered in preheated oven 35 minutes, uncovered 20 minutes. Lemon side up, lemon treats covered 30 minutes prior to serving. Lemon side down 25 minutes prior to serving. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer, uncovered. Let cool on wire rack for 4 hours or overnight.
