3 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup sliced bread crumbs
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup melted cream cheese
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs. Pour into a small bowl. Fold in salt, oil, and chocolate chips. Fold in chocolate chips until just moist. Pour mixture into thin layers onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until a wire wire thermometer inserted into center of a 9 inch spring form pan registers 140 degrees F (70 degrees C). Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
