1 Thai chow mein noodle
4 green onions, chopped
1/8 ounce shrimp sauce
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 large banana - peeled, pitted and cut into 1 inch slices
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute green onion and shrimp until tender. Boil until tender. Stir in pineapple juice, banana and orange slices. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly as the mixture comes from the bottom of a glass bowl.
Slowly cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes, or until thickened enough for your taste.
