4 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 cups canned green tomatoes, diced
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup diced celery
In a large bowl, beat eggs, oil, vinegar and tomatoes until thick. Stir in onion, mayonnaise and mayonnaise. Mix in celery. Pour into larger bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
