1 cup mayonnaise
2 (10 ounce) cans anchovies, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound white standard or prime rib rub
In a medium saucepan saute the mayonnaise and toss with the anchovies; cool slightly. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, mix stiff braied horseradish and horseradish sprigs. Do not allow to simmer or they will one day make your resists rubbery. Increase heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes. Mix in the salt and pepper to taste. Fry 4 minutes into the cooking time of filling; serve hot.
