2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat. Cook onions until tender but firm, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cornstarch and cook, stirring frequently, until warm. Stir in basil, nutmeg and seasoning salt.
