1 lemon, zested
1 cup ice cubes
4 limes, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced fresh ginger root
In a large bowl, combine lemonade, lemon peel, ginger and ice cubes. Mix thoroughly. Pour into tall glasses.
Good way to feed a crowd. I used olive oil instead of canola, added the flavor of my choice and left it marinate until I made my sandwich. The flavor of the dressing was not strong enough for me so I chose not to use it. I would have added some salt but I think I would have been overdone. I might like this recipe again but would have gone with the white instead of dark chocolate.
This is really good. I followed the recipe exactly and it was all gone within minutes of setting it out! Perfect!
