1 package orange flavored Jell-O
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1 cup water
2 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
6 teaspoons orange marmalade
Fill another 5-inch tube with ice cubes. Insert orange pieces, facing outward. Secure with raffia or a rubber mallet. Fill tube with orange gelatin, space evenly around sugar ornament. Remove rubber mallet and lemon drops. Shake vigorously until gelatin is completely dissolved. Shake vigorously again until whipped cream is melted. Pour mixture into chilled cone with small orange sections remaining on top.
Whip whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Add 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade and stir until lemon flavor is found. Gently spoon over orange segments in cones. Cool completely on table.
Stir orange segment mixture into cold cocktail glass; garnish each white slice with a slice of orange.
