1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place cream cheese and butter in large bowl. Mix well with hands until a cream cheese mixture is formed.
Transfer mixture to a medium saucepan. Heat milk and sour cream in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and mozzarella cheese. Heat to medium-low.
Return mixture to medium-low heat. Pour into pie crust. Chill 2 hours or overnight before serving. Chill until serving.
