1 (12 ounce) package white cake mix
1 (12 ounce) package apple pie filling
1 (6 ounce) can fruit preserves, thawed and drained
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 (18 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (2 ounce) package instant lemonade
2 fluid ounces cranberry juice
1 (16 ounce) package combination pineapple sherbet and marshmallows
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, apple pie fill, fruit preserves, brown sugar, pineapple juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, and pineapple sherbet. Mix together.
Fill prepared pan with pie filling mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Beat together the peach preserves, lemonade, brown sugar, pineapple sherbet, and cranberry juice until smooth. Stir in the pineapple sherbet and marshmallows. Pour over pie filling.
Pour pineapple sherbet mixture over pecans, and pipe cherry red top. Chill before serving. Garnish with pecans.
