1 pound bacon
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Place bacon in a large, heavy skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
In a medium skillet, melt cream cheese and blend with bacon grease. Cook until melted. Beat in the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well blended. Add mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and spinach. Cook, stirring, until bacon is evenly brown and cheese is bubbly. Serve over bacon bones.
