2 cups shredded mixed salad greens
2 cups chopped green bell pepper
2 (1 ounce) packages dry Mexican-style seasoning mix
2 large eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups tomato paste
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese
1 cup shredded sunflower seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons water (optional)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Serve with salsa, sour cream, hot pepper sauce, lettuce, salsa, cheese, salsa mix and eggs.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place a large salad leaf on a baking sheet. Ladle 22 to 24 tablespoons of salad greens into filling (about 1 cup for every 2 pounds of lettuce). Spread green bean mixture onto top leaf. Remove leaf and season with Mexican-style seasoning, eggs, oil, tomato paste, sugar, cheese, sunflower seeds and water if desired. Spread spread mixture evenly on lettuce.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to 13 hours or until lettuce is tender. Cool slightly and serve.
