Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cubed

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, combine chicken, sesame seeds, water, oil and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

While chicken is marinating, place sesame seeds, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and cornstarch in the bottom of a large microwave dish or bowl.

Microwave chicken continuously for approximately 1 hour, turning over once, stirring every minute. Microwave uncovered chicken in microwave about 1 minute, flipping often, until chicken is no longer pink, and juices are no longer bright. Turn breast, removing skin and liver, after 2 to 3 hours.

Remove chicken from marinade, and shred.
