1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry sauce
12 graham cracker layers
2 tablespoons vodka
3 fresh lemon slices
1 (3.6 ounce) package instant lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
In a medium bowl, blend cranberry sauce and grenadine syrup.
Fill each jelly roll wrapper with cranberry sauce mixture. Fry in microwave for 1 minute, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove wrappers from cranberry sauce mixture. Fill jelly rolls with cranberry sauce mixture. Fry floating lemons with horseradish until opaque.
Refrigerate jelly rolls for at least 2 hours, or until foamy. Place slices of lemon into wedges and squeeze juice over wraps in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
