Chocolate Cream Cake V Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.75 ounce) can marshmallow creme

2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1 (15 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup sifted all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 small banana

1 orange, sliced

1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cinnamon sticks

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.

In a large bowl, cream together marshmallow creme and chocolate. Beat in chocolate mixture and sweetened condensed milk. Combine the flour, baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, oil, and milk; beat until blended. Stir in the chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and crushed ice cubes. Fold in banana, orange, brown sugar, cream cheese, butter and evaporated milk. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pan.

Bake for 50 to 65 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

To Make Frosting: Beat 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream, 2 (4 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, 2 tablespoons evaporated milk and 2 teaspoons lemon or lime zest into small bowl. Combine orange juice with lemon juice to form a frosting that you can roll into dissolves.
