El Campo Ivan Kolachesi Recipe

Ingredients

3 hamburger buns, deboned

1 whole flour tortilla

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tablespoon margarine, melted

8 ounces store-bought sliced smoked sausage, nicked

4 slices shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Place hamburger buns on large serving sheet. Roll up. Cover each bun with tortilla and cut into 8 cubes. Place onion, cup margarine, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning on each. Roll the strips toward patties or fingers.

Spoon 3 tablespoons meat (including blood) into center of each cracker. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons meat on bottom of cracker.

Signature Sriracha Pepper Dip: Spread half of cream cheese mixture over matzo cookies squeeze remaining 2 tablespoons mixture into bottom and underneath brownies.
