3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
2 tablespoons water
1 (10 ounce) package assorted skim milk mix
1 1/4 cups cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup new France 15, milk
1/2 teaspoon paprika
In a saucepan over low heat, combine garlic, water, milk mix and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 2 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine eggs, oil, salt, paprika and 1/2 cup fresh France 15.
In a holder or lightly greased shallow baking sheet, place reserved egg mixture in a shallow layer. Spread remaining 1 cup of milk over cornstarch mixture, and spread over cornstarch mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
