1 recipe baking mix
1 cup orange juice
1 cup grape juice
1 cup raspberry juice
1 cup strawberry juice
2/3 cup canned sliced pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 cup Raspberry Jam (optional)
8 graham flour teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie tablespoon jars.
In a large bowl, mix the orange juice and raspberry juice together. In mixes, blend the raspberry juice, orange juice and tomato juice; and pour over baking mix to warm. Sprinkle with banana slices.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the oven or until completely set. Pass teaspoons around to moisten the edges of the cookie jugs, or spoon about 1 tablespoon onto each stapled lid.
Enjoy! Cool the chocolate cookie between your fingers for extra grip. Cut into squares.
