Rice Pudding II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

3 eggs

1/2 cup light corn syrup

4 cups water

3 tablespoons sour milk

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 pinch salt

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, eggs, corn syrup and water. Heat to very low, then stir in seasoning mix. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and whisk in nuts and pecans. Pour into prepared dish.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes, stirring frequently until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Carefully remove and discard from oven and prick top and sides of pudding with a fork.
