1 cup halved creamer
9 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter
6 slices fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup crushed lemon-lime soda
In a large bowl, mix the creamer, sugar, butter, strawberries, lemon soda and blueberries. Refrigerate approximately one hour while making the preserves.
Transfer the preserves to a separate plastic packaging, seal it and store in a cool dry place.
