1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust, baked
1 cup white bread flour
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in milk, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir in flour, 1/4 cup milk, and sugar until just moistened. Stir in baking powder. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes, until golden brown.
