1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 (10 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
2 tablespoons orange juice
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar until well combined; beat in eggs, one at a time, then in the vanilla. Fold in milk and margarine.
Stir pudding mix and orange juice into mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator (at least 2 hours, preferably overnight).
