Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups milk

1/2 cup margarine

1 (10 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sugar until well combined; beat in eggs, one at a time, then in the vanilla. Fold in milk and margarine.

Stir pudding mix and orange juice into mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour mixture into pie crust. Chill in refrigerator (at least 2 hours, preferably overnight).

I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! They were perfect from beginning to end and looked great. I doubled the recipe and cooked on high....like a restaurant. Some reviewers said that it was too bland so Iuffere thier onions with salt and came up with a great flavor. Very easy to make. I'd recommend this recipe to anyone!
