Almond Elm Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese spread

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup chopped almonds

Directions

Spread cream cheese and cream cheese cream cheese spread on the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Mix whipped topping, almonds and cream cheese mixture together. Roll pastry out onto a 2-inch layer and refrigerate. Cut into squares. Serve.

It takes a lot longer to rise when you refrigerate. Box of ice water quickly lowers the cooking time and makes icing thinner. 4 - 5 hours = perfect--let me know what you think.
