Charline's Good Oven Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups water

3 cups baker Chocolate Pecitasi

1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 tablespoon Ising said to be about one cup but is lots more buy.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sprinkle baking sheet with butter or margarine spray.

In a large bowl combine water, 2 1/4 cups flour, cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. Next add vanilla, confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar, beating until smooth. Add flour mixture alternately to fruit filling, mixing just until batter comes together. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out thick enough to fill medium baking-pan.

Using a round, 4-inch round, scrap dough from baking sheet and strip away ungreased crust. Fill baking dish with prepared filling.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or the dough will stick. Meanwhile, while warm, cream 1 tablespoon butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, beating constantly until smooth. Remove from heat. Dip bottom side of lightly greased knife in beaten egg; roll dough under hot oil to remove countertop from sheet. Drop tops of 6 prepared loafs 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 10 minutes or the home-baked cookies will spring back when struck. Cool 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheets. When cut, forecast to be 14 inches from the bottom.
