Chicken Camembert Recipe

Ingredients

6 (1 pound) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 teaspoon dried black pepper

1/8 teaspoon dried sage

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 dash hot pepper sauce

3 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place chicken in a single layer in a medium bowl, pressing the juices into the cavity as they come in. Mix together with water, olive oil, oil of lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper.

Place in a medium saucepan with 1 inch of water in the bottom. Place chicken in boiling water, covered, put dish on low heat and put water on top.

Place sardines in shallow baking dish, place chicken in dish and sprinkle with dry mustard.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
