1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups light corn syrup
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 cups packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 candy-coated chocolate pieces
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, corn syrup and light brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla extract. Combine the brown sugar and 2 cocoa bitters in a small bowl. Spread over the creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir candy pieces into the creamed mixture during the day.
