1 (3 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light cream
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 (15 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup crushed peanut butter
1/3 cup white sugar for decoration
In a mixing bowl, combine marshmallow creme, granulated sugar, light cream, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, whipped cream, peanut butter, evaporated milk, and crushed peanut butter. Mix until smooth. Spread over pie; chill until serving.
Wonderful! Look at these skinny ribbons of deliciousness. They are so tender and flavorful. I used walnuts because I cannot imagine a brownie without them. I also substituting plain old canned cream cheese for the sour cream and egg whites. I would recommend checking it after 24 hours as the edges got pretty brown. Also, nothing screams 'burgundy' like burnt sugar. Nothing matches the intense color like a mimosa. This is so wonderful and true to what I've tried. Thanks so much for sharing!
