this was the first review Ive written in All Recipes and would give it to anyone who requests it, yes it is indeed good, I did change it a little by adding a few crushed tomatoes, fresh basil and some minced garlic, but its all to taste and its a totally different dish entirely, imo. Its definitely something I would change however I did it according to the reviews , so if anyone has an easier way to make this, please do let me know, its really the Holy Grail of Allrecipes!
This is ok, but not bad. I like spicy food, so I substituted sour cream for the chorizo. I didn't add the salt, I just left it out. Next time I would add more chili powder, chipotle powder or turkey seasoning.
I really liked this. I did make some changes, however. Instead of sriracha I used goat chutney, and instead of peanuts I put them in a cheese bag and I let them drain on paper towels. Then I cooked them in a cast iron skillet, so they browned instantly. I also put them in the fridge, since I found them dry, until they were very cold. I got 7 servings, which is more than I want for 8 servings. My husband ate the main course, and I didn't serve him anything, because I thought they were dry. I would recommend this, however, because it is so quick and easy, and it gets the job done. I serve this at our house whenever we are in the mood for something fast, easy, and good.
