1 (9 inch) whole wheat pastry crust
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
9 frozen orange slices
6 cups whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat pudding mix by hand until smooth. Mix pineapple into the mixture with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture into the pastry shell.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold. Cool before serving.
