1 (12 ounce) package vanilla flavored cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
2 (3 ounce) cans vanilla flavored Jell-O
1 pint heavy cream, chilled
1 cup candy corn syrup
1 quart water
1 lemon
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix and cream cheese with water and gelatin. Fold 1/3 of the lemon into the creamed mixture, then seal completely and refrigerate. Fill each 8 cup muffin cup approximately with 1/3 of the jelly and fill muffin cups all the way around . Return remaining lemon juice mixture to refrigerator, pour itself over cream filling. Chill mixture in refrigerator before serving.
