Good variety - some good south American ingredients and also some basic ingredients. I loved the way they came out. Some people thought they looked too fresh so maybe next time I will add fresh garlic powder or a few shakes of freshly ground pepper. UPDATE: Made this again--my family went back for seconds. Everyone who has made this loves it and says it's the best chicken they have ever had. I HADRA been thinking about making this again but was afraid to cut back on the garlic so I was worried it would be too strong. It wasn't strong at all--just right.
